Step 3: (The most important step) Measure your feet to ensure you have the correct size - see guide below and images. If your size isn't listed please drop us a message and we shall order for you. 

Step 4: Order and await your Signature shoe! 

Delivery

Our Signature Stride Collections are made bespoke to each order and are expected to be with you within 15-30days. If you have not received your shoes after 60days. Please get in touch with us and we will issue you a refund.  

The glue and materials used in production can sometime give off an odour when they have been left in packaging during delivery for a while. If this occurs with your shoes, allow them to air out of their packaging and this will disappear. 

How to measure your feet: 

1) Stand up and put your foot flat on a sheet of paper. If you plan to wear your pair of heels with socks, wear socks. Otherwise, go barefoot.

2) With a pencil, draw a line just in front of your longest toe and in line with behind your heel. Also Be sure to keep your pencil straight and keep your body weight in the centre of your foot.

3) Measure the distance between the 2 lines.

4) Repeat this with your 2nd foot, as it is common to have one foot longer than the other.

5) Refer to the table in the images to compare the size of your feet in cm to the UK/ European size
